CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
for the purpose of providing air transportation services
I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to Asman Airlines LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, with its registered office in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
This Consent is provided for the purpose of performing the contract of air carriage between the passenger (data subject) and the Operator, as well as for providing additional services related to air transportation, including but not limited to:
- processing and managing flight bookings;
- issuing air tickets;
- providing air transportation services;
- providing additional passenger services (special meals, assistance services, special travel conditions);
- processing ticket changes and refunds;
- accommodation of passengers in case of flight delays or cancellations;
- notifying passengers about flight updates.
The Operator may process personal data both with and without the use of automated processing tools.
Processing of personal data may include the following actions:
collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision of access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
Personal data may include:
- full name;
- gender;
- date of birth;
- nationality;
- identity document details;
- validity period of the identity document;
- booking reference (PNR);
- electronic ticket number;
- visa details (for international travel);
- country and place of birth (where required);
- residential address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- departure point;
- destination;
- travel itinerary;
- date of travel;
- loyalty program membership number (if applicable);
- meal preference or special service requests.
The Operator may involve third parties in the processing of personal data, including:
- airports and ground handling service providers;
- reservation systems;
- payment service providers;
- service partners and contractors.
Such transfer of personal data shall be limited to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
This Consent shall remain valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the Consent is withdrawn.
I have the right to:
- request access to my personal data;
- request correction, blocking or deletion of personal data;
- withdraw this Consent.

In case of withdrawal of this Consent, the Operator may continue processing personal data where required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
